Build the pay list for a run date

POST/api/v1/bills/payment-run

Split open bills into pay (due by pay_through, approved externally when rows are given, amounts agree, affordable), blocked (with reasons) and deferred. Read-only; nothing is paid.

Authentication

Bearer token authentication. Pass your DayZero API token in the Authorization header and the target business UUID in x-business-id.
