Confirm or reject a bank-settlement match

POST/api/v1/credit/payment-matches/{match_id}/override

Console operators only. confirm settles the payment as at the bank date (or, for an ach_return row, reverses it) through the ordinary payment path; name the payment with payment_id when the row does not point at one. It must be on the row's line and for the bank amount. Confirming closes the same transaction's open rows on other lines. reject records that the transaction is not this line's payment. A row that already settled or reversed a payment cannot be overridden: reverse the payment instead.
