Start the sandbox over

POST/api/v1/credit/sandbox/reset

Sandbox only. Deletes every credit line on this business and everything under it (events, ledger, payments, loans, settlements, cycles, cards, assessments) and clears the mock issuer. Programs and scorecards stay. Send confirm: "RESET".
