POST/api/v1/decisions

Record a ruling. One already in force for the subject ends where this starts.

Authentication

Bearer token authentication. Pass your DayZero API token in the Authorization header and the target business UUID in x-business-id.

kindstringrequired: One of: counterparty_ledger, counterparty_name, policy, note
subjectstringrequired: Counterparty name (counterparty_ledger / counterparty_name) or policy key such as ap_method.
rulingstringrequired: Ledger id (counterparty_ledger), canonical name (counterparty_name), policy value (e.g. accrual), or note text.
ruling_labelstring: Display text for the ruling; a ledger's name is filled in.
effective_fromstring · date: First day the ruling applies. Defaults to today.
effective_tostring · date: First day it no longer applies. Omit for no end.
