Approve expense report

POST/api/v1/expense-reports/{report_id}/approve

Approve a submitted expense report and accrue it to the books (Dr each line's expense account / Cr Reimbursements Payable). Every line needs an expense account by now: send line_ledgers to set or change them. The submitter can't approve their own report; only owners, admins and advisory-firm staff can approve.

Authentication

Bearer token authentication. Pass your DayZero API token in the Authorization header and the target business UUID in x-business-id.
