Update inventory ledger settings

PUT/api/v1/inventory/ledger-settings

Map inventory categories to ledgers. Omitted fields are left alone; null clears one. Every id must be an active ledger of this business.

Authentication

Bearer token authentication. Pass your DayZero API token in the Authorization header and the target business UUID in x-business-id.
