Preview the standard-cost COGS re-rate

POST/api/v1/inventory/cogs/standard/preview

Per source (shopify, invoice) and variant: units sold in the window, the cost in force, standard COGS, the COGS the source recorded, and the delta. Writes nothing; plan_hash goes to /apply.

Authentication

Bearer token authentication. Pass your DayZero API token in the Authorization header and the target business UUID in x-business-id.
