List an endpoint's delivery history

GET/api/v1/webhooks/o2c/{endpoint_id}/deliveries

Delivery records for the endpoint, including per-delivery status (pending/succeeded/retrying/failed), attempts, the last response_code, and next_retry_at when a retry is queued.

Authentication
