Nothing. The five-day pilot is free and needs no card. Our accountants and engineers put your books live on DayZero and review your first close with you on day five. You keep the reconciled books and the close-readiness assessment whatever you decide.
Yes. You add a card at checkout and nothing is charged for 30 days. We email you before the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.
Everything: every add-on and unlimited AI requests for the full 30 days. When the trial ends you pay for your plan and the add-ons you chose at checkout, and you can add or remove add-ons any time in Settings → Billing.
On monthly billing, requests over your allowance are billed by size: 2¢ for a light request, 5¢ for a standard one and 12¢ for a heavy one. Annual plans stop at the allowance until it resets, with no overage charges. The AI Pro add-on raises the allowance to 2,000 requests a month, and Fully Managed includes unlimited AI.
Regent chat, dashboards, AI workflows, anomaly detection and AI bank rules, plus 2,000 AI requests a month, for $50 a month. Self-Directed needs it for those features once the trial ends; Fully Managed and Firm Enterprise include it.
Pay yearly and get 2 months free: Self-Directed is $999.96 a year instead of $1,200. Add-ons are billed on the same cycle as your plan.
Firms pay per client each month. Starter covers up to 5 clients with no platform fee; Professional covers up to 25 and adds a platform fee that includes CFO Advisory Suite, Fixed Assets and Tax Advisory & Compliance; Enterprise has no client limit, includes every add-on and starts with a free pilot.
From $300 a month. We set your price during the free pilot, once we've seen your books, and before you commit to anything. Larger work such as QoE, capital readiness or custom software is quoted after the pilot.
Yes, at any time. Add or remove add-ons in Settings → Billing. To cancel or change your card, choose Manage subscription in Settings → Billing, which opens your Stripe billing portal.
