List parked Xero tenants

GET /api/v1/xero/oauth/pending-tenants

Returns the multi-org tenant list parked in Redis after a multi-tenant OAuth callback. Used by the picker page.

Authentication

Bearer token authentication. Pass your DayZero API token in the Authorization header and the target business UUID in x-business-id.
